'BrookLanes' started with one simple vision: delivering true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family initiated our little pizzeria in 1985, evolving from a tiny family-managed shop boasting generations-old recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—pizza's homeland. After returning to the UK, she resolved to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adopting conventional techniques and select ingredients.
Our journey began with a cozy 12-seat eatery and has since flourished into a cherished local phenomenon, although our dedication to excellence and genuine practice remains firm. We adhere to traditional wood-fire oven baking, daily dough preparation, and sourcing premium ingredients.
'BrookLanes' continues to be a family-led business, with the Bianchi descendants currently steering our enthusiastic team. While we've adapted some contemporary innovations, our business core perseveres: fabricating luscious, true pizzas that unite our community.
